Due to COVID-19, we are not allowing clients in the building to reduce contact for staff and client safety. To ensure maximum efficiency and safety during your visit, we wanted to inform you of the current clinic protocols.
When you arrive, please pull into one of the numbered parking spaces and call our clinic to notify a staff member of your arrival. At that time, a technician will meet you at your vehicle and may ask you to step out of your vehicle with your pet and they will walk them into the hospital. During your pet’s appointment, we will have you wait in your numbered parking spot and the doctor will call you on your cell phone when the exam is complete to go over recommendations and answer any questions you may have. At that time. you will be transferred to the front desk to provide a credit card over the phone for payment.
Please make sure your pet is leashed with a properly fitting collar, or is secured in a carrier. We are also asking clients to wear a mask when interacting with staff in the parking lot.
Thank you for your understanding and compliance with our current protocol during these times. We sincerely appreciate it!
Please note that the current protocol may change as we approach the winter season.
